the way i have mine tilted it doesn't tilt that much..as long as you can still tell what the plate says from about 10 feet you should be ok..cops always just ask me why i have it and if its to direct air, but they never hassle me about itIs tilting the front license plate legal? Is that all for looks or does it have a second function such as diverting air into the engine?...
Find out who does molds around your area. I know you could do molds using fiberglass, but how to pour, I dont know. You post your car on ebay and say you are sellilng molds, major profit! lol our town cleans the roads and even salts them. New York LOOOVVESSS using salt . But when it snows a lot here, it snows a lot. A lot as in after they plow it, they have to plow it again because theres already a couple inches on the ground. Sometimes, we get a couple feet a day. And I plow snow early in the morning and that's when nothing is plowed yet. So just getting to work with my lip on is almost impossible lol.
