Basically I put the switch since I had one left over and I wanted to be able to turn them on or at when I felt like it. I wanted them to be independent. If I ran them to the side lights, they'd be on when the headlights were on. That's pointless. Just burn them out quicker. More or less it was just something to do though. I'm trying to learn wiring better so it was a good place to start imo.

I'm sellin the old lights. Have them in the for sale section with some other things. I'm about to miss NY too

True... I've had a few friends who Halo's have burned out.... so far I've had my Angels on for a year & touch wood they stay good. Good Idea on the switch though...

I am not a big fan of halo projectors but it doesn't look that bad. Also like that the halos are white not blue. Would stll be mighty illegal in Germany and you'd get defected for it.

When you first install.... Light is scattered all over the place. I made a turn on a flat street and I swear my right light was pointing in someones third floor window and my left about at highbeam height and to the left..

After you adjust the screws on the back they are way better than stock though. Just find a gate or wall on a flat surface at night and put your car about 25ft away. You will then be able to adjust the light as needed. For the driver side headlight you may have to remove the power steering fluid bottle (snaps out, no screws) to get to the screws in back of the light. On my light the bottom screw was for left/rigth, top for up/down.

I'd say output is at least 100% better. Prob more. Those are just the stock bulbs that came with it. Didn't even upgrade yet.

LOL@ first light output, how did you adjust the light output? You got any pictures of when you was doing this?
Mine are pretty focused but I would like to adjust it a little higher so then the light reaches more far ahead.

Look in back of the low beams

on the drivers side look on the right side of the back. will probably have to remove power steering fluid bottle. There should be two gold screws. the top one controls up and down. bottom controls left and right (at least on mine)

The the pass side look on the left side. Same directions except you don't have to move anything.
