When you first install.... Light is scattered all over the place. I made a turn on a flat street and I swear my right light was pointing in someones third floor window and my left about at highbeam height and to the left..
After you adjust the screws on the back they are way better than stock though. Just find a gate or wall on a flat surface at night and put your car about 25ft away. You will then be able to adjust the light as needed. For the driver side headlight you may have to remove the power steering fluid bottle (snaps out, no screws) to get to the screws in back of the light. On my light the bottom screw was for left/rigth, top for up/down.
I'd say output is at least 100% better. Prob more. Those are just the stock bulbs that came with it. Didn't even upgrade yet.
