That's for damn sure. I laugh at every person who I see driving around with their fancy rims on in the snow. First of all like you said, the salt is HORRID on the wheels. Secondly, and more importantly, is that 16x7, 17x7, even 15s, are s**t on snow. For winting driving the skinnier the wheel the better. You want as much weight on one spot of the ground as possible for traction. Keep the steelies and throw winter grips on em. This year, a day after I put my steelies on, I slid in to a curb and bent one. I would have totally ruined my summer rim had it been on.Originally posted by Dan1220
you dont want good wheels on your car in the winter....salt, and ice...you could slide and dent em on the curb or sumthing...just keep em for the winter. You wouldnt make that much selling em anyway.
