the evo isnt dat fast, its not a MR ...the WRX isnt dat fast its not a STI...

Doesnt the MR have the same motor as the RS and GSR models?

And from experience with both cars

stock for stock its a drivers race
mod for mod goes to the evo

lol yeah. It's funny how everyone thinks the MR is faster. Actually, the funny thing is, people who actually race on the track on road courses perfer not to get the MR, because the 4th gear on the 6 speeds are really weak and alot of them are breaking on people. The only diff with the MR and the RS/GSR is that you get an aluminum roof, HID's, bilstein shocks, 6 speed tranny, and BBS wheels... most of which get changed out when you mod the car anyways. Worth the extra 5-6 grand? I dunno... But you get to say you have an MR and you can impress those who dont know any better. The black wrx with the fmic is actually faster than STI's with TBE and tunes. lol. Can't judge a car too much by the way it looks. The wrx has a turbo upgrade and a bunch of other crap.

I think the WRX ran a low 13, but he's not that great of a driver. Yeah, the RS should be faster. I came from a 240 so I di'dnt mind the lack of power anything and I wanted the RS... the only reason I did'nt get it was because of the lack of ABS. When I test drove, I liked the feel of the RS alot. Felt more like my 240. I dont plan to go GT30 or GT25R... I was planning more along the lines of an RNR 50 trim kit. Before then, I plan to run methanol injection. Stock Evo's dyno around 230awhp, 230tq. Someone with TBE and flash w/ meth made 430awhp, 435 wtq. I should be around the same or higher considering I have upgraded cams and he did'nt Will be nice to see some numbers around 450-460awhp on stock turbo.
