I live little north of the city, I have a check engine light on for the cat and my inspection is up in august. I was wondering if anyone has a 7th gen civic and will let me borrow their cat to pass inspection I will do all the work put it on, drive to get my inspection and put it right back on your car and put a new gasket on. Im trying to avoid buying a new cat. I work at a car dealership I have all the tools and I will torque everything back down to spec and I will pay you. If anyones interested in helping out leave your email down below.

Unless you have a really good friend with a cat that fits your car, there almost no chance somebody will let you borrow their cat, especially before the emissions test deadline. Invest maintenance money in your transportation. Otherwise, you may be riding the bus to work.
