Well I wanted to keep the automatic transmission, but I wanna do the interior probably black leather inside, a new steering wheel, and exterior: new tires, lights, body kit etc.
my monetary estimations may be way off, i apologize.

You can look for some said to be very comfortable leather integra front seats and swap those in (I believe 98+ years are the better design than earlier years) or RSX leather seats. Perhaps $80-$400. For the door panels, you can probably DIY their fabrics and replace with leather. There are many DIY's for installing those seats, and installing door panel inserts.

Steering wheel? Try an Ap1 s2000 steering wheel or Civic Type R. If you don't really care for OEM or steering wheel airbags, then maybe just an NRG combo adapter/hub + wheel. Basically any wheel would be $100-$500
Again, many DIY's are online for fitting them

Body kit wise, lately, Civic owners just put on a front lip maybe rear lip too . (polyurethane replicas which may need some adjustments to fit can cost $30-$70)
like this

Front bumper body kits maybe the BYS/Airwalker front bumper

Mesh grill also pictured above.

Then there's Honda Domani/ Canadian Acura 1.6 EL front end conversions

I was thinkin of gettin a body kit from carid.com or somethin becuz the bumper has a crack in it and the front bumper doesn't appeal to me that much. I was thinkin of a paint job later on tho but I dont kno if I should do it myself or what.

Guys, what about a paint job? What's the cheapest option I have that is at least respectable? I called a customs shop and they told me theyre paint jobs start at $5000! Yikes!
