You're clearly an imbecile. Your grammar, denial of factual research, and hypocrisy, encapsulate your inability to embrace reality.

Especially when the "old as s***" wires have a more consistent spark, and a smoother and more powerful dynograph. What's wrong with more power, better fuel economy, and saving $$ on wires?

You didn't offend me at all. And I appreciate the apology. It was kind of silly for either of us to get into the argument. I fully understand and appreciate your sense of car and attention to detail with maintaining an extremely healthy car. I wish I had the fortitude for such meticulous maintenance.

I just posted facts/data that support my claims and you called them wrong without good reason or fact to back the rebuttal and I was caught extremely off-guard. As I mentioned before, there is absolutely nothing wrong with wanting "new" wires, it's just pretty difficult to call them better with empirical evidence that even 8 year old OEM wires perform better, produce a cleaner spark, etc. Than even the "new" wires which are somehow inherently superior because they're new.

By that logic, are new Ksport shocks better than 4 year old Motons or Konis? I don't think many would agree. I was simply trying to be logical and factual and you seemed to just purport new = better regardless of fact.

Arguments are healthy if one or both parties learn from a constructive discussion that avoids ad-hominem. I owe you an apology as well as I certainly did not hold up on my end of that bargain when I resorted to ad-hominem.

You are not mistaken that there is nothing wrong with NGK, however Sumitomos have just proven to be the best thing out there period.

Here you go, the green line is the OEM Sumitomo:

.

Also, company history for Sumitomo:

company historic milestones:

proof of their involvement in the auto industry:

example of one of their spiral shielded wire products:

in conclusion: SUMITOMO ELECTRIC is 100000000000 times > NGK, nology, magnecor, etc...even > honda motor co.

@OP: Regarding the grill, find a nice local auto body shop to paint the trim. Remove the screws that hold the trim piece and just ask them to paint it with the proper paint code for taffeta. (Taffeta White NH-578)

You'll be a lot happier with a professional job. Buying the automotive paint and clear coat would run you around $60, that's what it cost me a few years ago. A shop should only charge you ~$50-80 and they'll probably do a lot better job than you will.
okay so i went to the paint shop and got them to color match my car ended up paying 25 bucks..i started to paint the bumper cover..ill post pics after i do the grill...they even hooked me up with a contact that does show really good paint jobs for cheap...i even got to see some of his work and im pleased :D
