when you first came to the site i loved your car.. now, not so much. its your car, so dont what you want but i think the back of the car is ugly. the shaved tails and trunk just doesnt go with the lines of the civic. those tail lights look completely out of place. with the oem look you're going with mixed in with that rear, its just not going to mix imo.

good luck with it though, show us the final results.

Its cool to see a variety of different opinions, just shows everybodies style and taste. I would never bash anybodies car, but if I dont like something I would tell them in a mature and informative way, like all of you are doing.

Now that I look at it I think the tails might look pretty damn good on it, but the idea that I have the the tails that I am going to to do now I think that you all will really enjoy. I am working with a shop to have it done because I cannot plastic weld. They are going to do it for me.

The doors are still in primer because I have to shave the handles, prime them again, and block them out. Then they will be ready for paint.

Thanks again for all the input. I enjoyed driving it this weekend so I decided id drive it for a few more days...woke up this morning and its covered in snow!!!! lol never fails.

Okay, so new taillights are going on then? Just as long as it's not those ones in the bumper it should probably turn out better. Just tell me you're not getting upside down Supra taillights....

I still think I would have kept with the OEM taillights, or at least something similar in the same placement, but we'll see what you have in mind.

Yea its going to be different lights then those. They are OEM lights, just not on a Honda, and def not Supra lights lol.

I had 18" Enkei RSF2's on there but I took them off because it is supposed to be snowing here but the winter has been pretty beat so....I am actually planning on getting some new wheels. Not sure which ones I am going to get but we will see.

I drive it a littke higher than that, the fender lip is at the top of the wheels when I drive. In the pics it is tucking a little more than an inch of the wheel. It drives that low though....just doesnt turn very well lol.

Thats how I feel....it's like your mixing 2 different styles and it's not working imo.

I didnt like the kit on there, im sticking with the cleaner look, just gotta get some lips and paint my sideskirts I think that will clean it up a bunch.

Yea they are there somewhere..... Speaking of illegal I got pulled over driving it to park it last night....thank god for me the cop was real cool and let me off with a warning.

Indistinguishable tail lights, illegal placement of tails, improper display of rear plate, unclear plate (license plate surrounding), clear blinkers, altered headlights, altered suspension, no wipers, and erratic lane change was what he pulled me over for, somebody cut me off so I changed lanes went around them and pulled in front of them... He just gave me a no point ticket for the unclear plate violation and told me that he appreciates my car but it is very illegal an he cant keep letting me go so to be careful.

When he pulled me over he asked me if I knew why I was getting pulled over and I said, "well besides the car, because I was changing lanes and going around that car" he said yes, then he started to tell me what was illegal on my car and was saying how the license plate is supposed to be straight and I said yea I know that I told him I had gotten tickets for it before and that I started building the car almost 2 years ago and im to the point now were I want to finish it because if I dont then I am going to sell it and loose all the money that I put into it. He was real nice though, told me that he appreciated my honesty and that its good to see that people do understand the reprocutions from customizing there vehicles...I wish every cop was like that .
