I'm up at Szady's house right now, you OG's here will know him..

Anyways, just installed new ARP head studs & a new MLS head gasket on my boosted LS... All went well, went to fire her up... 0 compression, just spins freely.

ARP studs are down to 62 ft-lbs, though I've heard to go to 65, 76, and 80.. Not sure which one to go to but it felt like they were going to snap at 62...

Any ideas? Need ASAP or else I'm stuck 4 hours away lol. 413-446-003seven if you want to text / call...

Thanks homies =)

That's weird 0 compression on all cylinders?

R u sure u put the head back on at all lol.

But in all seriousness, that's a weird problem unless u did something completely wrong. I couldn't really tell ya anything without being there to see it?

Arp head studs should come with a little paper that tells you what to torque them to. Mine did at least and I bought em from the CC store. Would assume your cam timing must be waaaay off.

Cam timing off? Umm no.

If the car is rolling over and u r using a compression gauge then u should build compression no matter what...

Yup timing was off 90 degrees. Car now starts and runs like a champ, except something fell into the lower timing belt / crank area and clicks and does a bunch of noisy crap. It's 2am so bedtime, will look into it tomorrow... Least she runs now
