No outside temperature display LX 2012

I just purchased a Honda Civic Coupe LX 2012. The outside temperature display option is not shown in the configuration menu. It should be at: Menu/Trip computer display/Adjust Outside Temperature Display.

• Is it normal for a LX model?
• Is it because the bumper was replaced after a car accident, and the sensor is not present?

I am just surprised considering the volume of information available on the display.
