The car was totalled, so I bought it back for 750.00, they only gave me 3600.00 for it. I spent all of that on all oem parts. Then I paid a little under 1k for all the base, top, and clear. The body shaped raped me for the work, I ended up paying them around 4200.00, and I have been fighting with them since the car was "finished". They used two old buffing pads, so the car is covered with swirl marks, and the paint was starting to peel on the roof. After months of arguing back and forth, they finally agreed to re paint the roof, and wet sand the car and re spray the clear. Hopefully it all works out, because I was pretty pissed.
And yes mixwell, LA roads are terrible. Any time I've driven to Texas, you can tell as soon as you cross the state line that you have left Louisiana lol.

I think I may tape the grille section off, sand, and re-spray it a regular black base.
The car was New Formula Red before the wreck, I decided to go Milano Red because I personally think it's a much deeper color than the NFR.

I've been thinking about getting a factory hood and oem bra for the car as well.

Im diggin the roof but only cuz you have a CF hood. A CF trunk would TOP it off.
Overall your car is pretty sweet. It has some nice tasteful mods and its not over the top. Paint your lower grill flat black though, it stands out too much. Body shop did the same to my girlfriends car, she just doesnt care lol.

Well, thanks. Every meet I go to, I feel like parking by the trucks since the car is soo high. Do you think the ITR springs would bring it down enough so it would look decent? I really don't have the extra funds to throw at it right now since my wife and I just had a baby. lol. And I will def. be painting the grille section.
Im not sure but I dont see why not since ITR's ride lower.
Its so easy to do springs on a 6th gen though! Get em done ASAP.
Also keep a look out on craigslist for springs. Used ones will go for real cheap, and springs last forever lol.

I have the Skunk 2 upper control arms on it already, and i have the rear kit collecting dust in my shop so I might just do that, I've been thinking about it for a while, but I was thinking about waiting until I do the rear brake conversion/ new trailing arm bushings.
