in chile, there's bakeries EVERYWHERE. u can ALWAYS get FRESHLY BAKED BREAD anywhere... random bakeries all over the country, ANY supermarket, etc... bread is a must... plus there are SO MANY KINDS to choose from... my favorite is the MARRAQUETA.... crunchy outsides with a really soft and fluffy inside... yes, it's a chilean style of french bread.
