The thread was separated b/c it was off topic in the original thread. and I think I was the one that requested it be moved so it stayed on topic, a VALID topic IMHO. In the split and even PRIOR to the split there was no HARSH flaming what so ever. And for it to be closed on that reason alone is just off the chain insane. Look above us here, the guy even wants to reply AND thinks it should be opened again! There are WAY worse threads with WAY worse flaming that were, at the time, still open (the ninja thread and the noh masks or whatever thread)!!!! How did the mod NOT know it was split? it even said it in the thread it was split!!!
I dont know, I guess I dont agree with the moves made, but I'll just sit back and watch it.......
And I dont think the split was AT ALL wrong. The only people that cared about it being split are the mods. NOFX only brought an appropriate topic into its own appropriate thread. We are not dealing with a sensative member such as referenced above, so I dont think the 'split' should be at all an issue.

theres nothing wrong w/ anime a lot of it is more adult, not that s**t you see on like fox and what not. Im big into Initial D (go figure), Samurai Champloo, Gundam Seed Destiny, Gantz, and if I get around to finishing the series Fullmetal Alchemist. I only watch the subbed versions because they are the least screwed up in dialog conversions, and the voices are on point w/ the characters.
I like a lot of it because of the character build up along with the always evolving plot lines. It's a lot better than some of these half assed american sitcoms and F*** reality tv shows.

thunder cats is awesome. there IS something wrong with anime and that is Cos play. those people are sooo creepy. i bet they;d stb me if i offended their favorite thing. but some of em are smoking so i can deal with all of the 40 year old guys dressing up and acting out their anime characters for a week.
