It's the CIA memorial wall @ CIA HQ in Langley

On the north wall of the Original Headquarters Building lobby, to the right as you enter, is a memorial wall that was commissioned by the CIA Fine Arts Commission in May 1973 and sculpted by Harold Vogel in July 1974. With the simple inscription "IN HONOR OF THOSE MEMBERS OF THE CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY WHO GAVE THEIR LIVES IN THE SERVICE OF THEIR COUNTRY," this wall of 83 stars stands as a silent, simple memorial to those CIA officers who made the ultimate sacrifice. The glass-encased Book of Honor below the stars lists the 48 names of officers which can be revealed; while the names of the remaining 35 officers must remain secret, even in death. Framed by the American and the Central Intelligence Agency flags, this memorial immortalizes these anonymous few who served and sacrificed in silence.

Something about it just doesn't seem right to me, though.... And its not the border, although that would help, I think its the fact that you can't really tell what it is unless you know the figure allready....

hehe i'm surprised nobody else recognized it...

as for mine... yeah... it's a cloak with my guild's new heraldry.. plus a little flare i put in myself, and some funky filter because i didn't want it looking like a straight up screenshot for this one... i need to make my arm things a bit darker for the heraldry to stand out, imho... border will be added later tonight... i just got done with a new sig though..

bah! everyone and bitching about fillers, geez. i don't mind them so much... except for a few things.

ichigos bankai is like the end all be all right now. seriously. and he whips it out and fights someone, doesn't win, but then hitsugayas zanpakutou can go bankai and kill the same guy?! hyourinmaru is badass, but come on...

the animation. it doesn't seem as well done as the rest. the characters looked fugly in last weeks episode.

ishida - what the hell is up with him and his obsession with the dead bounto chick. i was really annoyed with that... especially 'cuz ishida makes me go all fangirly.

and none of that was necessary, but i've found a series i love, and though they're fillers, i'm glad it's a long series. fullmetal alchemist wasn't long enough at 50 someodd episodes, even with the damn movie. and trinity blood... so, give me fillers, i don't care.

i know what you mean... but i used to read the manga... and anime fillers just turn me off a bit.. especially when i'm waiting for things to get back on track.

lately, i've been watching aria i read the manga first, and now i'm really enjoying the series... plus i'm trying to finish da capo, so i can watch the second season.

i still need to finish hachimitsu to clover (honey and clover) so that i can watch H&C2

see, i really like anime better than manga. i like having voices and movements put into the characters. i have no problem imagining, but i like hearing it. i'm kinda curious where they'll go after this bounto arc... more fillers or if they'll get back to the whole aizen thing. didn't he have to wait like a year before that invention of uraharas is usable?

i've heard the name aria... but haven't seen it. the rest i haven't heard of. i'm always looking for good anime i haven't seen though. i just watched 'black cat' and downloaded hellsing, vampire princess miyu the series, and kimi ga nozomu eien, but haven't watched those three.

i have been thinking of reading manga in japanese, just to help with my studies of the language... but i'd almost rather subscribe to shonen jump or something like that.
