its the first set of part #'s i listed in the OP. Its the piece where the accessory outlet is right now. It includes and ashtray / lighter and replaces that whole console piece. I dont have a pic off hand, sorry.

theres a couple of 99-00 lips left, I believe the info is on the first page. The painted VSM sides were only avaliable in Canada.
