i think the olny thing i can add to this post is paint ur sideskirts, i have a 99 vsm as well and it looks soo much sicker with the painted sideskirts. btw last i remeber i have a 2.75 drop on my 17s, i had to minimal (almost nuthin) banging on the inside of the fenders to make sure they didnt rub even in the hardest corner. i dont have a pic but they have about an inch of the tire inside the fender. its a very nice drop, but personally im thinking about going lower dumping it and putting some 15's . 8) 8)
btw when u get ur lip rememeber ur front end will be 1 1/2 to 2 inches lower so take ur time going into driveways.

i'd say get racing springs which would drop u about 2.5 in the front and 2.3 i beilive in the rear. the rims im not to fond of, and if you get a front and back lip leave them black *nods* painting them is so....american... lol

The H&R race springs drop 2.5 in front and 2.3 in rear. The drop looks excellent but you have to be able to afford the shocks to accommodate them. I have the sportlines and 17" wheels and I love the look and ride quality.
