Its a Japanese Honda VTi civic 1998, made for tehe Japanese Domestic Market, and originally was RHD.
Due to Peruvian laws, its possible to import cars from japan, but a left hand conversion has to mbe made, thats the reason why it has been changed.
The dash has been modified, and all the parts involved in the steering prcess.
I will post some interior pics tomorrow. If you look carefully you can notice the radio antenna on the right pillar.

Be fine

And youre right about that. What I meant that I was looking for opinions on the look on my car, not on the subject of if its or isnt a JDM vehicle

thanks anyway

Hey CSB,

I like your EK3 so much! As i mentioned before: too bad that we here in Europe are stuck with the D15Z6 VTEC-E (<-- I guess it's just VTEC-E).

BTW, your EK3 has 130 HP, or? D'you know your 0-60 time maybe and your top speed? That would be interesting - if there are more differences between the JDM and EDM version. Oh, I need about 10.2 sec till 60 and my top speed was something around 220 kmh.

Greetz to South America ;-)

*&$@(*&%*(&#%( factory navigation!!!
that costs a fortune to buy and it doesn't even work in the US. does it work for you? It sure really upgrades the civic's looks. Power Windows is already a wonder in a usdm hatch..

Well its annoying to know it cant be used around, here, well you can if you know japanese.....
And i wuld need the cd for using the navigation plans for peru, which is extremely rare.

It looks great and I cant remove it because I have all the display of the status and settings for the Air condition,

he's from peru, which is north of chile. no vehicles in south america are usdm. period. it's a lot less expensive to get the vehicles directly from japan than from the US, since you guys charge so much f'n $$$, and most of latin america has treaties with japan.

btw, i doubt he'd take the time and money to swap the bumpers, swap the mirrors, and install the sideskirts, when they are all readily available here in a vehicle in latin america.

usdm isn't everything, and countries in the same continent do get different cars....such as the honda fit (aka honda city)... it got here about 2 years ago, i test drove one last year. they're fun lil cars.
