its hard to say weither i agree on a wide kit or not like many have said I would rather buy a stock and put one on myself so I know what it takes and what issues it will leave me. you buy that car and weeks down the road find out it just hung on there that could be bad it would be best if you looked over the car really good and had someone there that has put even minor body kits on to see if installed right

yeah. im definitly looking, found a 93 ex coupe that has a blown motor for like 1000 dollars comes with rota slips and new quarter panels. might buy that then put a new motor in it. would that be a good deal?

I wouldnt buy anything you have to instantly drop a motor in, because the car was prolly ragged on thats why the motor blew, then you have to find a motor to go into it and you dont know what could be wrong with that motor. And even if nothing is wrong with it if your swapping in a used motor you need to do all the maitnece things on it while its out of the car so that would prolly put you very close if not over your budget depending on what motor your getting and what maitence you do to it.

IMO some vehicles look really schweet with a widebody kit and some dont. I do not think that civics look that great with widebody kits, plus I am not really sure how it would affect the aerodynamics nor if it is worth it. Widebody kits take alot of work to fit them just right and if you got the time and money Id say go for it and be creative. There is nothing I like to see more than a vehicle that has custom work and new ideas. I dont really care too much to see the same stuff over and over. Good Luck and Have a NICE DAY!!!

even ordered from the jdm websites they are still used so i would do at least the standered maitnece and tune up on them and it will most likely put you over your budget.
