its about 40 miles north of sac. I suggest this location because 505 is the road to get to i5 from the bay area, so it is the most convienent location for everyone. Its past woodland just to give you a little bit better of an idea. Attached are a couple of maps for reference.

turboej7, i've been scouting locals in eugene and springfield for the last day or so.. i'll have my second lot in springfield in a few days with an extra parking lot that can hold ~40 cars and some places to hang inside as well......
but i'm trying to pick a place right off of I5 (like gateway mall) so it's easy for everyone to find, then we can roll wherever from there.... i was thinking armitage park but it'll be pretty cold....

pm me if you have some ideas or wanna talk about it, my celly is on page 1 of this thread also if anyone wants to give me a ring

That idea works for me.... we could have everyone meet in the back of gateway and then cruise to your lot if you want.... one question though... shouldnt we have this on a saturday or has alot of these been done on a sunday... that way all the cali boys can ride back home on sunday and be good to go for work on monday?

It was set for sunday because a few peeps can only make it on that day, we can put it to a vote and see what's best for the majority.... or if anybody wants to roll up on saturday they could crash at my place, my place is sorta small but atleast a few peeps could stay there np if they dont mind couches or a cot

for sure, and just for the record... if anybody has any probs with the date and location now is the time to get it out while we're still in the planning process. i want this to go smoothly as possible for everyone involved. if we do this right this will be a blast for everyone!
