Oh and check out the full turboback ebay exhausts, only $300 bucks and thats what my dad had for about 2 months because he knew he was doing an sti swap but wanted the exhaust for the few months until he put it on. I might still have it laying around the garage i can send it to ya for $100, it has the downpipe, uppipe, test pipe, axelback and muffler. It still looks pretty new and they arent bad.
This is the EXACT exhaust

Let me know ill see if i can find it for ya, I am not sure if the wagons and sedans are the same though :/
If your on a budget, its just a pipe. Its not that bad but it beats 1200 for agency power, turboxs, invidia, cobb, and so on and so forth
good call if you have it ill take it shipped for 100 thats pretty good and my friends wrxh as the invidia but im not bout to drop 800 like him

I actually prefer the sedan over the wagon, but would take a wagon for that price in a heartbeat.

not that great a price where i live, my friend jesse sold his 02 wrx sedan with 101k miles, exhaust, cold air, bov, vf22 turbo, tuned by ips motorsports in cbus. he sold it for Exactly 7500 with a new paint job, to another buddy who blew it up in 2 days hahahaha

I would rather pay 7500 for a completely stock car, than 7500 for a car that somebody modded themselves.

Now Im just a little confused still......a Trailblazer is probably going to be better in the snow than a WRX, given the fact that its higher and heavier.....

it is a little heavier but one the 4wheel drive still slips a little in the snow so its basically an AWD my dads does the same since it was brand new so its seems to be kind of common but also i drive a decent distance to class so i fill up the TB every 3 days sometimes 4 so with the wagon i will be able to fill up a lot less and still get around in the snow im sure the TB will be better but it all came down to being unemployed and having to pay for all that gas i cant afford it anymore

i was thinking a turbo back ebay exhaust with the $20 manual boost controller to maintain the stock 12 psi boost (i hear sometimes they can fluctuate) and getting the tune for sure

random but i love the sound of the greddy BOV so i may throw one on there
make sure you get a tune after you put the BOV on or you'll run pig rich since you're venting to atmosphere. ebay turboback is fine. it's just exhaust piping. i have an invidia v2 catless downpipe hooked up to a GMS catback (only $250!!) and s**t works well. oh btw, if your wrx came unmolested, it is highly recommended to swap your uppipe since the stock one is catted (yeah, real smart putting a cat right before the turbo... when pieces of that cat start to crumble and dislodge, guess what's getting destroyed...)

btw, stock peak boost pressure for the td04 is ~14.5psi... oh, since u live in ct... did u go to the wicked big meet?

well i mean i'd take a wagon over my si if thats what your askin hahahha. I wish id of never sold my wrx
No hate intended.. Subaru's are amazing cars, I guess its all personal preference. I'd take any sedan over any wagon any day. thats just me, i'd take a sedan with the same mods with 60k more miles over a wagon with the same mods and 60k less miles. Thats just how i am.
i love my sedan, but i really want a wagon... you're right, it all comes down to personal preference. if it's the skinny front fenders, we could just always put the sedan ones on lol

A WRX doesnt get much better gas mileage than a Trailblazer.

I thought BOV's were bad for the WRX's? Something about them being unsafe. I thought the stock diverter valve was better.

stock bpv works well, and crushmod allows it to hold up to 19psi or so. yes, there's no reason to use a bov and you'll generally run rich from venting atmospherically. there's no real gains from putting on a bov when you're still on the stock td04... you'll still need a better solution once you go for more power, though.

no gains, it's a noisemaker with negative potential if not tuned for correctly. when you upgrade your turbo, depending on what you get, you'll likely be running a rotated turbo setup and fmic...
