We are sorry about the delays in shipments in the past. Unfortunately, it was very hard to keep items in stock and also to keep up with our inventory around/after Christmas. We had 5-6 times as many orders as usual, and were completely unprepared for the business boom. We have since added a new program to keep up with our inventory, and we have upgraded to a larger warehouse w/ more products in stock at all times. We started this business to provide the automotive aftermarket with a sensable alternative to the inflated prices of most other online/retail stores. We sincerely appologize for any bumps along the way that may have inconvenienced our customers. We are more than happy to please you, the customer in any way that we can, which is why we price our items so low. I have just for the 4th time emailed them without response about my order from March 8th 2004. After talking with their "SALES" department last week they told me everything was shipped, yet today I received just 1 more of the total 3 items that mind you are suppose to be FEDEX, I lack one last item, the head lights. The prices with these guys are great, but I am beginning to question the integrity of the company as a whole.

On the same note, I have yet to find a time that is good to contact them, for instance today they closed early without notice for inventory, so when my package arrived...short handed....there was no one to answer "Why"!

yyyeeeaaa, so how do you explain the fact that you guys never answer the phone and the only time you ever DID answer the phone I had to block my number... shady shady business practices if you ask me

I just contacted the BBB and the Attorney General's Office of North Carolina on them, and called my friend who works with the Nation Wide New's to do an article on them....Hopefully something will be done, I hope they stay in business honestly, they have great prices, but I hope they change their ways in order to do so.

it's about time something was done, I am just glad I got my lip which seemed to be used BTW :angryred: becasue there was small scratches on the bottom

I wouldn't order from them, Their was another person complaining on another board about them.They never return phone calls and it took forever for him to get parts and some of them were wrong.

Buyer beware!!!!

Thanks for the heads up about that company...It sucks for the guys that had to find out the hard way that the company sucks...
