they offered you a scam and you bragged about it. your experience with them was a fluke. they are known for their shady deals, selling knock off's as the real thing, and their "sponsorship" scams they offer to EVERYONE. so before you go spewing how great of a company they are, you might wanna research.

I got what I wanted and look at my car dos it look like s**t to you? theres no need to reaserch cause it looks just the way I wanted and without phasenine I wouldnt have gotten all the free s**t that I got, plus I sold it and made money for myself, Im not bragging im telling you I got a good deal sucks if any of you didnt

I paid 1300 for a conversion and a wing (plus free side skirts and rear bumper)which wasnt even from phasenines shop because when I got it it had island motorsports address on it

I ordered both front and rear lips from them on 10/4 and received them about a week later. Customer service was pretty good, Casey stayed in touch with me through AIM and emails throughout the whole process. I even let him know twice that I didn't want any mis-ups with any of the lips because I was ordering one front for myself and a rear for my friend (different year, same make and model.) He let me know twice that he called and notified the distributor about the order. Other than that, I have no idea... I'm still overseas and cannot make sure what I ordered is in fact what I ordered but I'm pretty sure the correct lips where shipped... Sorry to hear about your situation bro.
