dude do they sell turbo's in the phillipines, well i was born in the phillipine and moved here in the U.S. and the only thing cars i've seen is mitsubishi, toyota and i think nissan. and oh by the way do they sell supras there too. just wondering and welcome the the community,

Hey, Dude! Thanks for the PM. They sell turbo here already. The Supras, they sell here as second hand imports. Not locally assembled or what. The local listings here are:

HONDA: Civic, Accord, CRV, City
Toyota: Corolla (I think Altessa to you guys there), Hi-Ace, Prado, Vios
Mitsubishi: Lancer, Galant, Outlander, Pajero, Evolution (special import)
Ford: Ranger, Explorer, Expedition, and many to mention

And some US manufacturers who opened showrooms and car sales here. There's Ferrari also and Jaguar, BMW... that's why traffic's clogging all streets here.

Agreed and about the suspension I would try and find some stock springs until you can afford a new setup like some Teins

Sorry to intrude, but check out the earlier posts we had here. I know there are some who claim this is their car, etc... but frankly, it's karma when you do that to anything. Can't push you to believe it is my car, or what, or spending time into photoshopping it. I'm an artist also, and I know how to do things in many applications, because that's my job. But claiming things to be mine when they aren't? That's kids way. Hope you understood, man. Peace!

It's great to see coupes there in the US, unfortunately, it's so rare here in Manila. I have the opposite wish, that I had the coupe instead of the hatch. Thanks for the comments, man. Enjoy your summer there!

i grew up in manila, philippines
and i gotta tell ya.
any japanese part, plus labor is cheap there.

rota rims are made there...
and you can get nice rims with tires for maybe 250$

you can get a gsr engine for 500$ and have it INSTALLED for 100$

my best friend owns a body shop and charges $300
to fix a WRECKED car... from body work to custom paint....

everything is cheap there but unfortunately its hard to come up also...

most of these people dont know... there are alot of skilled folks in the P.I... they can make you a car from scratch.... in 1 or 2 days flat.. for about 1000 U.S. dollars, any part cuz of course straight from japan ive seen lexus's benz's you name it, cruisin around the projects of the P.I.
