damn bro.....i feel sorry for you.. But this is definatly a case of someone KNOWING you have a swap. In days like this you cant tell anyone you have a swap.. But at least they gave you almost all of the car back minus the engine.

buy it back...then with the money the give u just fix it back upu have a complete car with just a missing engine and some other engine related parts...im sure its not that hard to find the parts ur missing and with the money u get from insurance im sure u can get enough tog et it back in good condition...well good luck on whatever you decide!

Damn man.. something aint right with this everytime i keep looking back at it, I think i agree with Blackhope121, 110%, i think this is someone who knew you had a swap.. not only that i think its someone you might know personally. Its weird how they had all that time to pull the swap out nice and neat, no rush.. no cutting.. but they didnt take anything simple like the Carbon hood 4bolts? i mean obviously they were inside someplace, Headlights, the 50-50 tails, etc.
This is someone that knew exactly what you had and left the other stuff on it so that they could either just leave it somewhere without it looking like a broken into car..
Or someone who didnt wanna have things like your hood, fenders, lights, rims.. (money makers) laying around.
Obviously this person had a place to pull a motor, why not take all you can if you have the time they took.
I'd be very suspectful to anyone who you know with a garage/shop that can pull a motor and knew you had that swap.
Damn it sucks when you cant enjoy s**t you own cause assholes out there wont work for theres.

hmmm agree with the two above...very weird that they did a excellent job by not screwing you over and hacking s**t to pieces and leaving you the whole car minus swap..f**k they even swapped out a grill for you..if I was a claims adjuster I would investigate it a lil more... why wouldnt they take the hood, si rims, gauge cluster, etc....

my car was not salvaged for some reason. i didnt have a swap, but they took my 18's with kumho's, intake, headers, exhaust, leather seats, steering wheel, my deck, my english book? my watch, my wallet. hella s**t. and it was right behind my work. it sucked. they found it stripped that same night, in da ghetto.

probably stole the car to get parts for their own cars... thats pathetic.
