Thanks you guys. I'm kinda getting tired of my taillights myself, but I dont like the stock tails. I wanna get half red/half white, but they're expensive. I don't wanna spend another hundred on those lights. I'm thinking about smoking my stock tails, but I don't know how to do it. Do you guys know of any way to smoke the lights (spray paint?)?
I got the lids from e-bay for ten bucks. Really cheap.
The rims are 16" ADR's.
And my headlights are two pieces, but I really want the one piece ones, but they're too expensive and its not worth it.

It's looks ok. I'm not a fan of the eye lids on 5th gen civs myself, they are narrow enough as it is. The tails are ass.

Lower it and your all set.

Hi,
I put in my old taillights. you're right, the stock tails look much cleaner than those altezzas. also, the pictures were taken in LA around Malibu, next to the beach. One of them is next to my house in LA.
By the way, do u guys know of any way to smoke the taillights? I don't wanna buy the blacked out taillight covers. I just want the lights to be slightly smoked, not all they way. I want a little of the red and orange to show.

Man, I think you should keep the tail lights if you like them. If we all did what other people said we would have that persons civic. Hehe by the way those eyebrows make your car look like it just got high.

Keep the tezzas and make em clear/red like mike93hatch on chb... here is a pic of his... He just painted the top half with translucent red paint...

Thats actually not a bad idea. But its really hard to screw up with paint. I've read somewhere where you can red out using vinyl transparent tape. Do you know of any stores that would sell vinyl tape? I found the transluscent paint at a hobby shop, but I'm kind of hesitant about using it.
Anyway, if you can help me, please respond. I really like the idea of redding out part of the altezza. It would actually look pretty clean. thanks.

man just sand it right and apply light coats and you will be fine ... my tails turned out beautiful!
