LOL, yeah. Didn't want to mess with them since they have been on the car for so long. The honda paint really sucks as far as showing the slightest blemish in the sun. I swear that just touching the paint when their is dust will leave permanent streaks. I wanted to shave off the rear emblems too but feared that i would be left with a "Civic" and "EX" imprint in the clear coat /paint that would be visible in the sun.



iloveS-ilver-EX: I'm keeping the wheels for now. I want to make sure everything is all good with the 'new' wheels before i let the old wheels go.

CivicEXofD0om: I would love to have it much lower but local roads make it impossible for me to get in and out of some driveways and parking lots. WIth the old eibachs i would still scrape the lip on some entrances. The h&r's did lower the front a bit more then in the pics posted but still not as much as a it would have normally dropped since the Koni's have height adjustable notches in the shock body. I have the front shocks raised a 1/4" from normal height setting so I can still make it into most driveways and such without much worries. I don't know how other slammed cars around my area get around without tearing off their front bumper. Either way my current drop looks about right and still allows me to drive to unknown places without having to worry if I will make it over the speedbumps or driveways in that area.

I like the teg wheels too but it was time for something new after having them on the car for almost 6 years. Its a nice change but i find myself paronoid about every little crack and pothole in the road now. It was nice not giving a F on the road with the fat fives, lol.

if you want to get rid of those "knockoff tenzo's" you could probably get a couple bucks.

dont sell those wheels for cheap they are SSR schumachers and they are a really expensive wheel. i dont think there was enough emphasis on it earlier. they could probably be sold to the right person for 1500-2000 dollars.

Car was raped by theives last month (as well as my friends Integra) and today has officially been totaled by insurance. It was a great 7 years of ownership with this car but unfortunately I am forced to move on. Hope everyone has some security on their cars because civics are rediculously to easy to steal.

Sorry for the late reply. THey stole the basics like stereo, engine parts, wheels... but they royally f'd everything while doing it. Center console completely distroyed for just the deck, they tore out a bolt instead of unscrewing it taking a nice chunk of the subframe on the shock tower just for the intake. Bunch of wire harnesses were cut into. Basicly all the interior panels had been ripped out and the driver side door was bent for some reason (like then had been jumping on it. I think their was some frame damage too since i bet they were joy riding the s**t out of it.

TO top it off my shiftknob was stolen after recovered as well as other small items, they also attempted to steal the front lip but just ended up tearing it up and leaving it halfway on the bumper. The towtruck that took it to the insurance lot from the impound yard finished the job by almost tearing off the front and rear bumpers. He left them scraped to hell and the exhaust tip and muffler was also bent on the bottom and also scraped to hell. LoL it was like everytime i went to go see the car it was in a progressively worst condition.


Here's what i just got this month to replace the car.

02 SER spec V. ALready threw on a NIsmo 25mm solid rear sway.

Fun car and I love the torque, but I still miss the civic.

damn man. so sorry to hear about that. I was gonna say you should get some SiR headlights to add that extra bit, but I guess that won't happen. Nice new car though. I'm jealous. Enjoy that one to the fullest if you keep updating this thread with mods to the se-r, we'll understand.
