Yea it is I took apart mine completely cause my fuel gauge was still lighting up oem when the other ones were amber till I figured out the last bulb was hidden behind this white plastic piece where a green plug goes in. This is for autos manuals are different since that green plug is for the lights that light up the gear you are in for autos

and those plasma gauge are good cause I had them in my first car and I was going to order some for my hatch but I don't like the fact that they have white faces and I like black for the stealth so I am going with blue leds in mine after I get tired of the amber.
