Possible New Theft deterrent (Hood pop latch relocation)

Yeah so i read in another thread that someone moved the place where they pop the hood from

I thought about it and if you can figure out a way to relocate the spot where you pop the hood at that would really help save your car...

Thieves wouldnt be able to cut your alarm siren off

what do you guys think?

All in all i think it would be worth the time. plus you should move/tuck were it connects at the front, most you can reach through the bumper....

werd if im a thief and i break in the car and see that the hood pop is not in the place it should be, i am giving up.

No clue...im sure it wouldnt bee too had though... just need a longer cable to re route it to the glove box

i actually kinda wish someone would steal my car so i could get a different one by insurance.... Im sure it wouldnt happen that way though . Id probally end up screwed though

why not just wire the hood to a wireless popper like with shaved doors....just make sure you have a bat backup

you can relocate thehood release to the rear somewhere hidden, i forgot where i read it but its possible to do so. if you cant pop the hood u cant cut the alarm wires. makes sense to me.
