Little bit of progress, basically just getting the block ready to go to the machine shop. And after looking at all this, thank god it is!
First off, new radiator and GP Sports cooling panel.
Popped off #1 cap, no bearing, just f**ked up status!

Just a basic rebuild I guess you'd say. Forged bottom end, new gaskets/hardware, new cams, etc. Turbo and injectors are still a mystery, as I haven't decided yet haha.

OEM Nissan valve cover gasket and throttle body gasket
Circuit Sports turbo inlet gasket and turbo outlet gasket
Circuit Sports 7 layer exhaust manifold gasket
Greddy oil filter
Tomei oil cap
ISIS short shifter kit
Braided steel oil and water lines for the turbo
Parts pile is slowly climbing lol
Just ordered some 264/264 BC cams, they should be here within a few days.

Not terribly rare, but definitely harder to come by nowadays. I figured since more and more 240's are being trashed these things will be harder and harder to find so mine as well pick one up while I can
