tell me how that's pathetic. it's a creative idea, no? everyone else in the class did something cliche like go to class barefoot. you don't have to like the wheels but can you respect me for putting effort and creativity into a project for my sociology class?turbo95eg6 said:Pathetic. Like eran mentioned, painting steelies IS NOT out of the norm. Painting parts Burberry IS NOT out of the norm, if you think no one has done it you clearly did not do your research. It has been a trend just like how you describe the "JDM" fad, which you have done to your car by the way. Thats not important, what you are not understanding that we are not saying that we do not like them because they are "out of the norm", we do not like them because because the pattern looks hideous on steelies. It doesn't take a genius to figure out how people would act negatively towards something that clearly has no aesthetic appeal. If you wanted better data, do it to some slips or Si's like you mentioned. Your classmates walking barefoot was a better idea.snozepp147 said:

You did do a good job of painting them honestly.. The lines arent crooked and its not sloppy, but as far as it matching or going with your car? it clashes really, really badly. I think that if they were on a car similar to the color of kangaroo's hatch, you might be able to pull it off, but with red it just isnt going to work. I wont comment on the essay thing, but turbo95eg6 just usually expresses how he feels without the sugar coating..

Edit: Maybe they would look better on a black car, with burberry interior, then they would have a reason and tie the car together, but they are way off on a red car
