Thanks for all the positive comments, everyone. Showtime, at least I appreciate you liking it at a stage I didnt. Keep in mind even if I did like the color, it was done wrong so it needed repainting anyways.

I was tempted to go a few other colors (gunmetal, championship white, clover green), but I opted for a standard black with high gloss because its easy to blend if something needs repair or painting. Since this is a daily driver for fuel efficiency, I'm resisting the temptation to go overboard at any level.

This was just after a light rinsing. I plan to wait a few months to allow the clear coat to completely harden before wet-sanding & polishing to a maximum shine.

Hell I wish my tip sit that flush with the bumper. It doesnt stick out stupid far but it still bugs me.

EDIT: Now that I think about it a lip would probably do just that. Doh.

Umm im a little jelous right now, wish i had money to paint my car because that looks amazing. I love clover green and white civics but i probably will stay black so i dont have to paint the jambs and engine bay
