They refuse to give me any invoices. Hmm... So if I get the Demon 2 RTP from Neptune then the license will come with it? Thats cool. I'll probably need someone to install it for me though. I don't know the first think about taking apart an ECU and soldering (if that needs to be done) or anything about the program and how to tweak all the settings to make my car run right.

For what reason exactly? Let them know that word spreads fast about bad services, especially over the internet. Tell them you'll be contacting HRTuning, Hondata, and posting on forums, and will let them know their business is shady. And actually do it. HRTuning has a process where they hand-pick their authorized dealers, so if you can get them involved, I bet the shop rather provide you with your invoices over losing out on being an authorized dealer. Not to mention they had your car for almost a YEAR which is bogus. It won't hurt to try!

This right here. At this point, these guys would have pissed me off so bad, that I'd be ruining their name as is. This is all unacceptable. Invoices should have been given right away, there's no reason not to. Sounds to me like they're dodging something, probably operating illegally.

From day one Brandon (the owner of blueridge motorsports) refused to take any money unless it was in cash. I handed over $4900. He gave no invoice for that transaction. Later on I paid another $1300 and again no invoice. His excuse then was that they just got a new system and are working on transfering all their old transactions into it so he can't print anything off yet. So I asked for him to email them to me when he was able to. A few months later I asked again about the invoices. His excuse was that the system was down. A few more weeks later I asked again and got the same excuse. After 10mths i finally had enough and got my car out of there. The build runs like s**t but atleast its out of their hands. I haven't thought about contacting HRTuning, I will do that tomorrow. I have the BBB and the Attorney general involved now. Brandon is a shady guy and I will not be doing any business with him again.

Stay away from Blueridge Motorsports and their online store.
