Not trying to be a smart ass or anything, but just follow the directions that came witht the pulleys. Pretty much just pulling off the pulleys for your Alt, and your Power Steering unit and replace them with the new one, YOU CAN NOT USE YOUR STOCK BELTS!!.. They will not fit. You should of got new belts with the pulleys when you bought it. The shorter belt of the two(New ones) goes to the alt, and the bigger one goes to your Power Steering. Oh they say you dont need to remove your alt, but I found it easier if you do. I mean if you need help just post somebody will be able to help you.

Nice DIY, I just put in a DC header and hi flow cat yesterday, which completes my I/H/E, same as you, but I found that my check engine light came on? Has this happened to you? I am at work now so I haven't had the chance to take a look at my car, so i'm just askin' in advance. thanks...

well since u just put in a new header and cat im guessin its ur O2 sensor...

hhhmm, you'd think with a lighter pully that would meen less strain on the altinator less strain on the battery
so on and so forth.

Yeah but the pulley itself is like double in size.

No I didn't really us anything specal. Good luck on your install when they show up. Look forward to seeing pics of them after you are done.

damn now that I think about it, I still need my hi flow cat. But to the question no, I haven't had the problem with the check engine light coming on. The only problem I had was the plug in the down pipe for the second o2 sensor unscrewed itself five miles into a test drive, lucky enough I was behind something slow and found it the second I heard it fall out and picked it up went back to the house put it on, and cranked the s**t out of it. I just drove home on leave to detroit from VA for about 700 miles and it didn't fall off, so that would be the only think I would say to look out for, other than that I would check to make sure your o2 sensor is pug it the header and make sure if you unclipped it that its secure back to it's connection. Good luck with that problem.

Thanks for the info man, good job on the DIY. I wish everything was done seperate so you could tell what gave you gains and stuff, but there's nothing like the big shibang with three new parts going on at once!

I think I might do Tires and Rims, Lowering kit and a JUN Lip kit. Any suggestions?

Thanks I didn't think anybody noticed I haven't been on in awhile. When I first got here I really didn't know to much asked one dumb question got flamed hard and decided I would come back once I understood alittle bit more. Thanks for the DIY comment. Only way to learn.

Yeah the shamed one wiper conversation. I just looked at that today and its funny still people are still writing on it. I never did it, glad I didn't. I was like 3 days old into the scene and didn't know a coilover for a turnover. lol Yeah zero2sixty was the name of my company and my two partners backed out to family issues so we had to shut it down. One day I will get it off the ground. This is one of the only places left beside a other board or two that this name still exist. My new street name given to me by one of the guys that help me found "Mortal Kompacts C.C." is fuzake meaning Jester in Japenese or Chinese or something. I don't remember I just know it sounded cool and I have gone with it ever since. I have learned flaming goes with the territory you just roll with the punches. No regrets.

Yeah I think the drop and lip kit are my next step with tires and rims. Kinda tired of looking at my hub and all that space between my tire and the wheel well. lol

As for the write up. I will give it a shot. Look for it in a couple of days.
