removing a door from hinges

help plz my 17 year old son was backing out of the driveway with his door open the basketball pole hit the door and pulled the hinges from the body of the car enough that the car door will not close they are still attached and we might be able to pound them back into place only problem with this solutions is how do the pins come out of the hinge to remove the door?

i should also state this is a 1993 honda coupe dx
