i need some good low budget speakers.all mine were busted when i got the car.really isnt any speaker pretty good as long as youve got subs for your lows.maybe some tweeter for the highs and just something for the mids.

i'm lookin at a new set up, i'm sellin my subs cuz i dont need them...but i wanna replace at 4 speakers (they are all 6 1/2in right?), i was thinking about 6.5 inch woofers instead of regular 2 way speakers for the back so i have a little more bass, i'm looking at the Rockford Fosgate HE series (should i get 4 ohm or 8 ohm? for the front i am thinking about either Kenwood KFC series 6.5in 2 way speakers or Pioneer TS series, which is better?? keep in mind i'm not gonna run an amp or anything, just straight from my 200W head unit

When I replaced my stock speakers with Sony Xploid's, I was amazed at the difference. It was so much better.

Well, since I can't find the rear panels for the hatch that have pre-cut speaker holes, I decided to keep the stock front speakers that I replaced up front w/ pioneer 6 1/2's, and I mounted the stock front speakers in the back. I decided to mount them in an odd place. I mounted them facing up on the underside of the wood/cardboard like panel that goes over the spare tire compartement, so they are concealed under the carpet. Makes for a clean look, as far as performance, I still have to wire them up.
