Replacing Interior Speakers on my 6th Gen

yeah you would have to snap the plastic cover off. It wasnt that hard for me. Then un screw your current 6x9. and when dont put the plastic cover back on.

just the reference models, and yes they had more wattage than the ds (guess makin them better) and if i recall they where pretty close to the KS series

just because they have more watts does not make them better. It depends on what the speakers are composed of. I hope you enjoy your new speakers

^^ nice phenom thanks and yeh more watts doesn't mean their better. If your staying with factory deck, look at speakers with high sensitivity. 1 watt going into a high sensitivity speaker is going to be clearer and louder than 1 watt going into a lower sensitivity speaker (ie 94db vs 85db).
