Its chicken Wire....I cut out everything from inside...all the plastic... and left the frame. Then I took the wire, cut it to size, bent it in and screwed it to the gutted frame. Then I painted it black and popped on the exterior (red) portion.

The bottom was done in the same maner. I removed everything from inside.. All the plastic lips and braces (no structural integrity so dont worry)...then I cut the chicken wire to shape and screwed it in where the screws were not visible. Then painted it black.

What can I say I am resourceful.......sh*T, I am the product of Cuban parents. If my people can make a 57 Chevy and a 62 Buick into a boat capable of crossing the Florida Straits and driving it onto land, it only comes natural that I can turn 98cents worth of chicken wire into a grill.
