Yep. You have to adjust the pedal height tho. You have to keep the pedal/brackets together. Like say 94 5spd brake pedals sensors are in a slightly different location than the 2000 5spd bracket.

Lessons learned so far:

- 5th Gen Civic pedals/brackets fit in a 6th Gen Civic.
- Find someone who's really short/small to crawl up and unbolt/bolt in the pedal assemblys.
- A 6' 2", 220lbs person dosent fit very well under the dashboard of a Civic
- To get the gas/brake pedal bracket out/in, you have to drop the steering column
Shiet, i can add a LOT more things to that list...

-Make sure to take the dowell pins out of the block/auto transmission, they will keep the trans from going on, and will piss you the hell off..
-you actually can cut the heatplate that's under car from inside the cabin
-make sure your friends that can help you can help atleast for 2 days, or how ever long it takes to take the old trans out and put the new one in.. There's no way I could have done mine alone, there's just too much s**t.
-depending on what transmission you use, some s**t is gonna line up weird/not line up at all. For example, I have bolts on my tranny that bolt up to nothing on the block because the tranny is from an eg civic..
-obviously, make sure there's atleast one working vehicle where you are because you WILL be making a trip to the store.. that's a guarantee
-the flywheel cover wont go on after the transmission is on.. or atleast its nearly impossible
-get a ball joint seperator. It looks like a small pitchfork. I swear that thing worked MANY jobs such as prybar, ball joint seperator, wedge, etc etc etc...

there's plenty more, ill let you know after I make my thread..
