Then don't speed. Driving downhill is not an excuse. It being your birthday is not an excuse. The person driving next to you speeding is not an excuse. Having a low paying job is not an excuse. There are laws for a reason. Don't break them and you should be just fine.

We have rules on this site as well. If the rules are not broken, we will not issue an infraction. It's pretty simple.
I suppose your right. I just find it bull s**t he went after me.

That's totally entrapment! I think you should get a lawyer :bluelol:

No im not a punk, Im just saying that I would of like to see people stop picking on teen drivers when everyone else is speeding around us and we get pullled over for it. Ive been in another case when my friend was driving in bumper to bumper traffic, we were apperently going 55 in a 35 when you couldnt even go 15.. He drives a 98 eclipse thats red...

wanna bet $500 i have paypal bro so start transferring.
Its called freedom of speech its the first amendment. He cant do a thing about my right to express my self.
They can easily call it disorderly conduct bro, you might stand a good chance of getting off in court but they can still charge you with it and then it would be up to you to fight it. The bottom line is you were speeding and you got a ticket, if you don't want to get tickets, don't speed. I speed sometimes and I've gotten tickets. I know it sucks but I don't know why you expect to get any sympathy. If everyone made a thread every time they got a ticket we would have as many speeding ticket threads as threads asking "what Rotas should I buy." Everybody gets tickets, not just teenagers. Teenagers get more because they drive like idiots more often, that's it plain and simple. 90% of the time the cop doesn't see the drivers face before they pull them over…

I think you are being sarcastic. If you're serious, that's not entrapment. If you are, then you're right and he should contact a lawyer

I've driven by plenty of cops in my red Civic, and never once been pulled over in that car. It has nothing to do with being young. It has to do with how you carry yourself on the road, and how you respond to the officer after being pulled over. I can't imagine you had a smile on your face the whole time and addressed him as "sir" right before you flipped him off. Drive SAFELY, and under the speed limit....and you won't get pulled over. If you do, act respectfully.

That being said, even if he was picking on you for speeding, it's well deserved. It's like stopping the 86 year old grandma to strip search at the airport....she's not causing trouble, no 86 year old woman ever has at an airport. It's a certain demographic that causes trouble. Teens are the most likely to cause reckless accidents due to inexperience. Don't drive over the speed limit, you won't have a problem.

Like stated above. Quit whining. You broke the law. No one gives a rats ass about who was going faster than you. Go pay $300 for a lawyer so it doesn't affect your insurance rate, and deal with it.
I don't know why people feel the need to fill this forum with complaints about tickets. Seriously. Go bother your Facebook friends with that. They might care more.

This is very true. I have a exhaust charge on my record currently. And I got pulled over twice within two days for it. And just being really respectful and laid back (but not sloppy) to the officer they're a lot more comfortable with you. Both those times they told me that they saw I already had that charge from a year ago without getting my exhaust changed back to stock, and they let me go. One of those times I didn't even have a current insurance card with me and he still just said to make sure I always have it with me. When you show someone respect, they'll help you out.
