Short shifter question?

Got a question. I got a cheap short shifter of ebay, and when I put it in, it was rubbing against my exhaust. I need recomendation on buying one that will fit, money is not an issue, I just wanted to go cheap. Please HELP???

get the SKUNK2 thats the best shifter in the market for hondas and acuras, i have the regular single bend one, got it on ebay for 100 bucks.

werd, i think i spent about the same for my dual-bend

You dont need to buy a new short shifter.. just buy bushings for it and it will be fine.

the dual bend shifters will stick out closer to you right? so that you dont have to reach to shift into 3rd and 5th gear? if so, i'm definitely getting a dual bend so i can lay back on my seat comfortably and not have to reach anymore. But it will be lower compared to my stock right? thanks in advance guys.

Does the dual-bend put the shifter any closer to the steering wheel? I'm afraid a lower shifter will increase the distance between the wheel and the shifter and therefor waste time on shifts.

as far as i know a dual bend sits up higher... this is my B&M wiht the spoon titanium knob... sits pretty low..

How is your interior so clean? How often do you clean it?

i clean it often.. and almost always prior to taking pics... the mroe you clean it.. the easier it is to keep clean...

a little more than once a week.. or at least once a week.. all depends..

i have an autometer carbon fiber

tach- for the shift light
oil pressure- obvious reasons
nitrous pressure- to tell how long to keep the bottle heater on...
EGT- to make sure im not running lean.. i used to have an A/F gauge but realised how useless they are (not hooked in yet)
Fuel Pressure- again for nitrous.. to make sure fuel pressure is constant and not spiking..
voltmeter- got it a long time ago.. just kind of have it.. not REALLY needed..

not long because i keep it up.. maybe like 2 hours to do the whole car..
