why not?
how much could i even get parting it out?
what about selling it as is?
i have a feeling it is going to cost more getting a different car than just doing to this one what it needs.

i am getting such varying answers, this should have been a poll.
so far i have
part it out
drive it till its dead? (whatever that means?)
and restore it.
i dont know what to do.
once again what can i get for it?
50 bucks?
thats not worth it to me.
i would rather keep and repair it.
if the guy who sold it to me was telling the truth then that means the engine should have right around 100k now.
change anyone's mind?

What i mean is keep doing your lil nick nack repairs to keep it running at the minimal cost and drive it till the frame is no good or well..you wreck it, then part out n crush it for cash. Save your money for the long haul or till you find a vehicle that you want and can afford.

Just depends. Your interior looked nice enough for at least 100$ ish bucks then you can sell your stuff like headlights, motor, tranny, radiator, ect for 200$-600$ and crushing it for 100$-300$ pending where you take it and what their rate are. Imo

I think you could ask around 1000 for it maybe get 800 if you dont feel like parting it out. When I think of restoring like you said I think of bodywork, paint and all new parts. If your talking about just getting it back on the road for real cheap then id say do that.

Ran into a problem with the car, it was running then stalls will not start again, no spark at wire, or coil, thinking it might be a bad coil what you think?

As long as you don't scratch it up! Just tell them it was the wrong one, or you didn't need it after all.
Do you know someone else with a civic? You could swap with theirs for a minute and try it out.
