So I went drifting in my Civic the other day while it was raining... I know some of you might call BS on this because of the whole FWD cars can't drift blah blah blah, but I did it! I know I did! I was in this parking lot and we (me and some other Civics) had some cones posted up on the lot like a mini drift track like on Forza.

It was sooo awesome! Everytime I'd come close to a corner, I'd rip up my ebrake and give it some heel-toe action to get the car sideways and then gas through the corner while downshifted.

Aweseommmmmenesssss!!!!! :suprise:

Yeeeee! You need to learn how to control your drift brah, if your car doesn't make enough power then you can't pull through, thus making you fall into the ditch!

But, you don't need THAT much power, just enough to suck in a little bit more air and push out bad exhaust gas... So far I have a short ram intake, 4-1 header, and a 2.25" straight pipe with hi-flow cat and like a 2.5" tip on my muffler. It's good enough for those quick revs to help me get sidewayzzz!

No sno tires? or chains? Bogus! If I had my car out there with proper tires, I'd drift like a maniac!

not sure if i am a fag or troll?
you are, i can answer that question for you.

tonee i have drifted a lot in my civic, you just need to "beef" up the rear to handle the weight shifts, and the power band that your car has. sideways torque on the car is a lot more than honda designed the car to handle, so we have to source parts from the aftermarket market place. ps, the rear endlinks off a r34 will fix any problems you may have with your lca bending.

i assume u r talking about r34 volkswagon parts since everyone knows they fit on a civic a lot better than skyline parts.

i suggest using either 2jz rx7 parts or rotary supra parts to beef up your rear end for drifiting the civic. they are all bolt on and very cheap!

happy fwd drifting! !

naturally they are cheaper, but my buddy has a shop that can custom fab the skyline parts, they are made of better metal(japan not german) so they can take the abuse sense the r34 was the best car ever made, using the parts for this application is the only way to go.
