if you took the license plate off, it'll look way better. I have mine off, and I haven't been bothered yet, I keep it under my seat, and if cops are around, i'll stick it in the dash, if there is a road block or soemthing...minor!

i haven't had my front plate on for more than a year. never once been hassled for it by a cop. if you have it in your front window that's just as good as having it on your front bumper. totally legal.

i could get you a set of type-r knockoff headlights if you wanted. would probably be around $80 for a perfect and pretty much new set. my friend bought them for his 96 hatch and they're the 99-00 style.

i would have to agree, being a former lip scraper, that low is the only way.
