the worst part is your insurance is pro gonna go up and then you'll be out of pocket even more! i got a ticket for doing 70 in a 55 and i got i think 2 points when they told me if i went to ct and fought it i wouldn't get any, but i did and they still added points to my license. bastards

It's called maturity something you don't fully understand.

Someone with maturity understand that the ticket is the consequences for speeding. When someone tells them to fight the ticket, all they are saying is "Hey, go fight any kind of punishment you get. You don't deserve the punishment."
yeah, but the point is that if YOU were in his position i highly doubt you would just pay the fine and be on your way if you knew there was a chance of getting out of it.

and im sure your court date was mandatory correct?? i higghhhlyyyy doubt that then can do anything worse than say, "your guilty go home" since mine is not mandatory, plus she said she would cut me a break if i didnt get anymore tickets until then haha.
Yeah it was mandatory... As long as you're not a repeat offender then you should be fine dude.. I mean I wasn't even racing but it really does no good to fight it.. You'll still get a hefty fine and maybe some community service but that's it... They sometimes will offer community service in place of a fine here, but I'm not sure about other states.

Also remember, some judges will make your fine worse and give you points for fighting a ticket if you have no intention but to just fight it.

That's weird, I got pulled over, already planned on paying the ticket without fighting before she had me sign it. She started to explain the court stuff and stopped her so she didn't have too. I was speeding, I wrote the check and mailed it once I was home.

accepting when one is wrong... maturity

haha ok man im sure thats what you did. just keep paying those tickets

honestly, i doubt i would go to court either. but it would be because i didnt feel like inconveniencing myself or asking off work, not because im too "mature"

Very true... And if you're in the wrong and you know it, just plead guilty, pay the fine, and watch your speed...
