I love thy civic, but its true u put no more than 1k and the civic will be no more....Even if u give the neon a boost controller so he can up the boost you will see a big difference. Trust me i know i use to own a turbo

that civic prolly has close to $8k under the hood, no s**t it would win against a stock srt4... what's sad is that it took that much money put into that car to beat a stock srt4... for that much modding and that much money spent i thought that civic would be a hell of alot faster

well civics arn't best bang for buck kinda cars. If thats what you want can't beat the raw power of a LS1 z28 snag one for 15K use the other 5K you save on buying new SRT or civic and be runnning with almost anything ....... aslong as its a strait line

yea i'm agreeing that it coulda been faster i probbly will be that speed with N/A in under 6 months less then 2K motor work DIY and hook ups rock

i think the video actually says allot for a srt4. that a gsr swapped and boosted hatch can barely beat a stock srt4.... that's not sitting very well for honda at this point

funny yah talk about the mustang though, i've been driving the civic lately.... mostly cuz the mustang would get me in trouble... but good ol' trusty rusty civic, flying low and slow

Most likely, you came upon this site because you had a Civic and wanted to see what can be made out of curiousty.

What does it say about the SRT4? It's pretty quick, but it lost. Honda never told anyone to jack motors from their Integras and drop into the Civic chassis and go pick road fights with other turbo 4-bangers.

nah more like too fast sorta trouble, the same reason i had to sell my dsm's and buy a cut but slooooow honda.

i've owned quite a few civics, but this board kinda snagged me... been here since.
