They cant do anything to the police about the bumper. They wont be seeing their cars again. In a way, i feel sad for the people who were arrested. But then again, its their fault that they were street racing. And, I laugh at all of you guys who get speeding tickets, cause i will never get one, unless im like going 110+ .

the cops can only seize the cars is ur are the owner. is ur are not the owner they can only impound the car. can they are responsible for what ever damage happen to the car one it's been impound.
