importlegions was already handled and was given his money back instead of getting another hood per his request. The hood for some reason was defective in fitment, we handled it right away for him and he understood. We do not just leave our customers with the product if something is wrong. They are covered for shipping damages and defects if that happens. Sometime any hood from any company may have a fitment problem. We sell VIS hoods and have had claims in the past for fitments. but there are pleny of those same hoods delivered with no problems. Again if something happenss like with importlegions, we will handle it to get a hood that fits with no problems.

bubbalou was sent an email to reply to us in order to file a claim for insurance. Sometime body parts come damaged from shipping but that is why we ship everything insured. bubbalou never gave us what we requested to file a claim and went ahead himself and repaired it and installed it on his own. A replacement would have been sent if he would have replied. The shipping also took 8 days to deliver which was in the range we advertised for 7-10 days for delivery. Lip spoilers go out once a week with our shipping company. And our lip spoilers are the best on the market for quality and price. And I have his/my emails showing we tried to handle the damaged merchandise and he never got us what we needed to do so. But yet complains on here our customer service sucks.

god i hope my hood turns out ok... its a seabon but i ordered it from a somewhat sketchy site www.mauromotorsports.com but they were the only site that had the morettes i needed

i guess they don't really have civic stuff so noone round here would know about them, so we will see and hope for the best, ive had a run of bad luck so im crossing my fingers

We processed the refund the same day the hood was picked up. Unfortunately the refund process through Visa/Mastercard takes 5 business days to appear back into your account since we are working on a credit card processor without having the physical credit card present. That is standard anywhere or anyone who accepts Visa/MC without being able to have the credit card present to swipe. So yes we have processed the refund as we said we would but it just hasn't cleared to your account yet. It will. Please update everyone when it happens. We do not want to have anyone thinking we do not handle situations like this because we do.
