it is fake and how it was done was kinda easy.
He used an emulater with a frame controler NES ran at 60 frames a sec he dropped it really low like 20 or 10 making it real slow but easy to control. save as a vid return to normal timing and there you go godly looking skills.
Try it its fun. i've done it myself *not that fast or cleanly done but same results*

i love this post, even if it is a re-post. also.. IF it is fake, the dude still has some skill at the [un]modified version of the game, because you can see at some points he knows exactly where the bombs / bullets / koopas are going to be. plus, he knew the little hidden secrets and s**t. good game, good post.
