I have generally heard some not so good things about running stock struts with lowering springs. Tien makes some quality stuff. I've ridden in an Integra on basics and they're pretty nice. For the money, you really can't beat it.

There's others around the same price point, I'm sure a bunch of other members have their preferred flavors.

I had Tein Street Basis coils. Loved them with the exception that one of them blew in the first 3 months of me having them. Rest were fine.

X2 on not running lowering springs on OE struts

There's a good difference between lowering springs and adjustable coilovers. Price, performance, & ride quality being the top 3. So out of those, what is your budget, what do you want out of your car performance wise and how important is ride quality? That'll help narrow down your search.

I have about 800.00 to spend. I want great quality. I am more an more thinkin of coilovers due to my apartment complex putting in speed bumps. Performance is a must.
