B16's and B18's have the same bore (85mm). Its the rod length and crank that make it the size difference (AKA stroke).

so would you get more torque with that bottom end?

i had a really bad detonation in my motor and i bent a rod while i was running 12 psi....but i decided to go na cause i want to start auto x and i just think it would be better to go na and plus idk i just flet it was time for me to go dual cam

Yea, b/c its got a bigger bore, and with a B18 bottom end, its got a longer stroke than a B16. More displacement.
